We deliver your concierge box fresh and free across the DFW metro area, in temperature‑controlled packaging straight from our partner processor to your door.

If you’re outside DFW and choose to order, we’ll coordinate insulated, frozen shipment options with you before completing the order.

• At checkout, you’ll pay a deposit (for example, $100).
• After we select and cut your box, we’ll confirm the total weight and final price within the expected range before delivery and charge the remaining balance.
