• DFW Local Area Logistics: We offer 100% free home doorstep delivery across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex using our own specialized temperature-controlled transport fleet. 
• Nationwide Freight: For out-of-state orders across the lower 48 states, we coordinate secure, insulated frozen freight cargo packed with commercial cold-storage elements to ensure your beef arrives flash-frozen at peak freshness.
• 14–21 Day Aging Protocol: To achieve maximum tenderness and elite marbling, all carcasses are dry or wet-aged for 14 to 21 days inside our climate-controlled facility. Most orders ship within 2 to 3 business days of completing your digital cut sheet.
• Strict Cold-Storage Holding Window: Due to our rigorous artisanal standards and limited processing facility space, remaining bulk beef balances must be finalized within 48 hours of final weight notification. Orders remaining unclaimed past 7 business days without prior arrangements are subject to a $50/week temporary freezer holding fee or inventory reallocation.
