Whole Cow Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Perishable Goods Notice: Due to the strictly perishable nature of our premium USDA Prime Black Angus and 100% Fullblood American Wagyu beef, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been custom processed, cut, or fulfilled. 
• Custom Processing Safeguard: Deposits secure a live animal harvest space allocated specifically to your household. Once custom butchery begins on your digital cut sheet, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
• Shipping Transit Exceptions: The sole exception to our refund policy is if a frozen freight shipment arrives fully thawed due to a verified carrier transit error. 
• Our Family Commitment: We understand unique circumstances happen. If you experience an issue with your delivery, contact hello@wholecow.com immediately. As a family-first business, we will work with you personally to find a fair, positive resolution.
